How it's organized
Every page sits inside one of nine departments — Plan, Stay, Neighborhoods, Do, Culture, Food, and News, with more structural pages like this one alongside them. That structure won't change as the site grows; new content fills in existing departments rather than needing new sections invented for it.
How it's updated
New pages go up two to three times a week. The News department tracks what's changed recently — new guides, price updates, rule changes — so you can see the site's actual progress rather than taking "current" on faith.
What "honest" means here
Concretely: naming which streets are overpriced tourist traps, saying when a famous sight isn't worth the wait, and marking guides that don't exist yet as "coming soon" instead of padding the site with thin pages to look bigger than it is.
Translations
The site is being built out in 16 languages. English pages are written and finalized first; translations follow once a guide is stable, rather than being machine-translated on day one and never revisited.
